LeBron James Summed Up Everyone’s Thoughts On Gonzaga vs. UCLA

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James watched the game between the No.1 Gonzaga and No.11 UCLA in the Final Four on Saturday night. It was a big game for both teams and LeBron’s reaction was priceless. Well, a lot of people share the same opinion.

The four-time NBA champion was pretty impressed and his reaction went places.

Gonzaga was the top overall seed in the tournament. The team needed overtime and a shocking buzzer-beating 3-pointer to defeat UCLA in the Final Four last night. It was a big game and LeBron watched it closely.

According to most experts, the game almost reached a second overtime. Jalen Suggs hit a shot right inside halfcourt to help his team win the game. One thing stands for sure, this was one of the best, craziest finishes in NCAA Tournament history.

LeBron was impressed with Gonzaga vs UCLA game

The Lakers superstar was amazed by Suggs’ game-winning 3-pointer. He took to Twitter to share his excitement.

“OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” he tweeted. “I said SUGGS about to hit this as soon as he crossed half court. GAME!!”

Gonzaga, in the state of Indiana, played to be the first undefeated team since 1976 Hoosiers. To win the national title, the team had to defeat UCLA. It’s one of the most historic programs in the sports with 11 national titles. It’s also a blue blood that has had a hard time hitting these heights in the last few decades. Both schools are considered powerhouses and underdogs at the same time.

Gonzaga entered the semifinal game as a 14.5-point favorite. The Bulldogs haven’t really seen a challenge this year. They were winning by over 23 points per game and going through the NCAA Tournament without a lot of noise. Only one Gonzaga game was decided by less than double-digits. This game was one of the closest fans will ever see.

We do hope that Monday night’s national title game will provide similar excitement.

Gonzaga and Baylor will play at 9 p.m. E.T. on Monday and you can watch the game on CBS.
