The king of basketball has had his head ripped off many times in the last couple of days.

Collectors are now stealing LeBron’s head!

Stores are filled with boxes of LeBron James Space Jam: A New Legacy action figures.

LeBron James loses his head… Literally

The whole thing started when a TikTok user wrote, “We stole LeBron’s head.” His video went viral and copycats did the same thing. A lot of “collectors” stole action-figure heads to make their videos. The original video collected more than 125,000 likes and had more than 2 million views.

Well, these guys are not just stealing LeBron’s heads. LeBron’s heads showed up on eBay and their prices go really high. The little one is sold for $1,000. The highest price? It hits $14,900. That’s a lot of money for a broken piece.

The sequel released on July 16. Since the opening night, it had about $51.4 million in the US and $94 million worldwide.

Michael Jordan’s original movie had a less significant opening weekend with $27.5 million. It grossed over $90.4 million in our country and $230.4 million worldwide.

Adjust for inflation and you will notice that Space Jam’s opening weekend in 1996 would go around $47.2 million these days.

We’d all agree that LeBron did a wonderful job with his latest movie. He worked really hard to make this happen and fans are grateful. The sequel adds fuel to the fire and people can’t stop talking about the never-ending debate between LeBron and the Chicago Bulls legend.

LeBron is also working on his new season with the Lakers. He will do much better in 2020. He will have to stay healthy to support his team.
