Julian Edelman Responds To Tom Brady ‘Recruitment’ Attempt

Julian Edelman and Tom Brady are more than friends. They are like brothers. Brady used to say Edelman was his little brother. These two won a lot of games together. This partnership had to come to an end as TB12 left the Patriots in free agency and signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He inked a two-year deal and will stay with the team for quite some time. Edelman played another year without his favorite quarterback, but retired early in the offseason.

Edelman may no longer be part of the NFL but he follows every move teams make. He watches his Patriots teammates and also roots for TB12.

Julian Edelman respects Tom Brady

Enter all the rumors suggesting that Edelman may join the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Yes, a lot of people thought that Edelman was leaving the Patriots so he could sign with the Bucs. I guess Edelman won’t come out of his retirement to join Brady. He enjoys his post-retirement life and won’t go back to the field. Let’s not forget that the Patriots wideout had a knee surgery to fix his leg. He is out of the game for good.

The Bucs quarterback recruited several former Patriots players in his promotional video for the “Madden NFL 22” video game. His “Come Play in Tampa Bay” was pretty unsuccessful as Brady didn’t convince his former teammates to join the 2021 Buccaneers.

The Super Bowl LIII MVP had his best excuse for the GOAT. He took to Twitter to offer his excuse.

“Ran out of AT&T minutes for the month my bad bro,” Edelman tweeted Tuesday.

Well, the reigning Super Bowl champions don’t really need reinforcement as they are getting ready to defend their title.

Brady won a ring in his first season with the Buccaneers. It was a great accomplishment for the aging quarterback. Matt Damon roots for his favorite quarterback and we bet some Patriots fans still feel the same about TB12. Current and former Patriots players are grateful for everything Brady did during his time with the Pats.

It’s a new season for everyone. Who is winning?
