Shaquille O’Neal Has Brutally Teasing Message For Dwight Howard
The Los Angeles Lakers have welcomed some of their former players back, and their big man is one of them. The NBA world followed all the transactions LA made lately. Some experts didn’t like the fact that General Manager Rob Pelinka signed too many veterans in the offseason. Well, LeBron James likes his current team. Lakers legend Shaquille O’Neal watched the Lakers make all those moves, and he has a message for big man Dwight Howard.
O’Neal’s message was pretty… Interesting.
Earlier that night, Howard shared a video to his social media. He impersonated the Lakers legend in his video and even made fun of the fact that O’Neal said Giannis Antetokounmpo was the new “Superman.” Remember when he picked up the moniker in the NBA dunk contest?
Shaquille O’Neal has the wrong message for Howard
Everyone noticed that O’Neal wasn’t really a fan of Howard’s impersonation. He took to his social media and delivered a message to Howard formerly known as superman.
“Not bad @dwighthoward reminds me of your game SO SO,” Shaq said on Instagram.
Let’s be honest. Howard’s impersonation was really awesome. Some would support O’Neal, suggesting that Howard should leave impersonations to the professionals.
We should also mention that O’Neal is not really a fan of Howard. He has already thrown shade at the Lakers big man. Earlier this summer, he congratulated the Greek Freak on the NBA title.
“Congratulations @giannis_an34 thanks for bringing olde school bully basketball back,” Shaq wrote on Instagram. “It’s only one Superman now and that’s you. Dam you was dominating. Wow.”
NBA fans took notice of this. O’Neal gave the Greek native the “superman” moniker while the Laker was still around.
“Yes I did,” Shaq wrote. “He earned it unlike some people.”
This was a big blow. O’Neal will lose a lot of supporters with his comments. NBA fans don’t really like the way he teases Howard.
Howard joined the Lakers in an attempt to win another ring. He helped the team win a championship in Orlando, but there was no parade. Howard wants his parade!
