Tedy Bruschi Came Up With New Reason For Tom Brady Patriots Separation

Tom Brady will challenge the New England Patriots on Sunday. Well, he won’t put on a Patriots uniform this time. Brady will come to beat head coach Bill Belichick and some of his former teammates. Current and former Patriots players have talked about the whole situation. Why did Brady leave the team? Will he win Sunday’s game? What about Mac Jones? Former Patriots linebacker Tedy Bruschi talked about the whole situation. He has a theory, too.

“I think he (Belichick) had this feeling of what happens to a quarterback when he’s 43, 44, 45,” Bruschi said Wednesday on NBC Sports Boston’s “Early Edition.” “Could anybody project what they could have seen from Tom Brady’s season last year when he led the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a  Super Bowl? It would have been extremely hard to do. I would like to have seen maybe Tom still being here, but the formula that is Bill Belichick, he projects. His formula was moving on from Tom Brady. You’re talking about a man that doesn’t change his ways. There’s a formula that he believes in and he will stick to.”

Tom Brady to beat the Patriots

Does this make sense?

Brady doesn’t even think of retiring at this point. His game is sharp and he won a Super Bowl last year. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers offered him a two year deal, meaning they trusted him enough to keep him around for a few more seasons. This move was a big deal for the Buccaneers as Brady helped him win the first championship. It was a great accomplishment for the team. Brady made it happen.

The Patriots respect Brady and everything he did for the team. He was a Patriot for two decades but he will retire as a Buccaneers quarterback. Some fans are pretty angry… Some are disappointed. Head coach Bill Belichick respects Brady and said he is the best player he has ever coached.

Sunday is a big day for everyone and we can only make guesses about the final outcome. Brady will come to win the game and the same goes to his teammates. Will Jones accept the challenge?
