Bill Belichick Gives Positive Update On One Patriots Rookie Cornerback

The New England Patriots have an excellent rookie cornerback on the team but head coach Bill Belichick has yet to see him in real-game action. One thing stands for sure. Belichick has noticed great progress in Shaun Wade and the rookie seems to have recovered from the concussion. He practiced Wednesday and Belichick liked his performance.

“When he’s ready, he’s ready,” the Patriots head coach said.

Wade noticed a huge difference between the Patriots and his former team. He joined the Patriots through a trade in August and the Baltimore Ravens got a couple of late-round draft picks. NFL teams don’t really trade rookies in their regular season, but the Ohio State standout had to go to New England.

Patriots do things differently and Wade knows it really well. Adjusting to the new system was really hard. He spent time in Baltimore and learned their defense and their system in general. Going to Foxboro was a game-changer. Patriots “practice different.” Patriots coaches are A LOT different than the rest of the NFL. It’s all about adjusting the game…

In one of his press conferences, Wade said that Patriots do legs each day. He revealed that Patriots are focused on explosion and praised veterans for their intensity.

The Patriots rookie cornerback is ready to win

Wade is all-in when it comes to winning. He has four state championships, a little league national championship, three Big Ten titles. Wade is a winner and Belichick needs each and every winner on his roster. The rookie cornerback joined a winning team and things look really well right now.

The cornerback was inactive for the first game against the Miami Dolphins, but he is expected to make a big impact on the game. Belichick trusts skilled players and Wade is one of them.

New England won the game against the New York Jets and the 54-13 win will motivate players to show the same explosiveness in the upcoming game against the Los Angeles Chargers. It’s a strong team and Belichick trusts his team. Chargers have great players on their roster and so do Patriots coaches. NFL analysts have made some predictions about this game.
