Charles Oakley Makes Shocking Statement on LeBron James Future

The Los Angeles Lakers deal with too many struggles at the moment. They don’t look like a champions right now. Well, this may have a huge impact on LeBron James and his future in the NBA. The four-time NBA champion missed too much time in the last few seasons. Things went terribly wrong at the very first moment he joined the Lakers. LeBron missed a big chunk of his debut season with the Lakers due to a groin strain. He missed time last season, too, and the Lakers ended up in the play-in tournament. This year is no different. LeBron missed time and he misses time again.

LeBron is not even close to his fifth ring. His team struggles. Anthony Davis missed a lot of time, but he is back. Russell Westbrook joined the Lakers to help them make the big game. It didn’t work. This trade seems to be working against the Lakers this season. How does LeBron feel about this? How do Broddie and Davis feel about this? They are optimists, you know. They both believe that the Lakers can win a trophy.

The Lakers have a 24-27 record at this point and LeBron is 37. Do the math. However, we do know that he likes his team. He even said that he would love to retire as a Laker.

Lakers players struggled to build strong chemistry this season. They struggled to win games. Hopefully, Rob Pelinka will make the right moves to upgrade the team. Hopefully, Lakers players will stay healthy to finish the season with a ring.
