Isaiah Wynn Will Report To Patriots Minicamp Next Week

Isaiah Wynn didn’t join the New England Patriots in OTAs, but it seems like he will show up right on time for minicamp.

Wynn’s absence sparkled a huge controversy in New England. NFL analysts thought that Wynn will probably leave the team in the offseason. Trent Brown moved from the right side and yes, he was expected to switch positions. Wynn has a nice role with the team, but Patriots fans were a bit worried about him. OTAs aren’t mandatory, but players are expected to show up. Wynn had some struggles in the last few seasons. He had to use the opportunity to secure his spot in New England. Head coach Bill Belichick observes each and every player on his team. Wynn is someone who has to do better.

Wynn missed the opportunity to show his great skills. He is in his contract year and he may be looking for a better deal. If the Patriots don’t give him more money, Wynn may go somewhere else. That’s what experts thought when Wynn didn’t show up in OTAs.

Jeff Howe from The Athletic reported that Wynn will join his teammates at Gillette Stadium next week.

We don’t know much about the reasons Wynn had to skip OTAs. Former Patriots quarterback Tom Brady skipped this portion of Belichick’s spring plans, but he is the GOAT. There wasn’t anything he could learn because he already knew it all. Skipping OTAs wasn’t a big deal for the GOAT. However, Wynn had to do better. Of course, he may have a personal issues or something like that.

If Wynn hits the practice field next week, he will be the left tackle for the team. Let’s just see what happens later in the offseason.

Belichick made a lot of moves in the offseason and his team will look really different next season. The Patriots head coach isn’t done making changes and we can see him make a few more. These changes were inevitable because Belichick lost a few veterans in free agency.
