LeBron James Has Epic Reaction To Love’s Cavs Contract

All-Star Kevin Love signed a contract extension with the Cleveland Cavaliers, and the former Cavalier made a few comments.

LeBron James left Cleveland, and headed straight to Los Angeles. Although his departure was a huge loss for the Cavaliers, they still have a good reason to celebrate. Love agreed to a contract extension, and what’s better than having an all-star around? Probably nothing.

Jeff Zillgitt was one of the first to announce the four-year contract extension. “Kevin Love has reached a four-year, $120 million contract extension with the Cleveland Cavaliers, a person with direct knowledge of the situation told USA TODAY Sports. The extension begins with the 2019-20 season, pushing his salary over the next five seasons to $144.1 million,” he announced.

Cavs owner Dan Gilbert used social media to thank Love for his “class.” The @cavs franchise is proud to extend 5-time all-star and NBA champion @kevinlove four additional years. KLove has been nothing but class since he arrived in CLE in 2014. We look forward to his leadership and the exciting years ahead. We grind every day. Just like CLEVELAND,” he tweeted.

King James joined the congratulation party, and the tweet added fuel to the fire. If you know what I mean. “Congrats brother @kevinlove. Nobu Malibu or Wally’s on you!!!” LeBron tweeted.

Let’s not forget that King James will get $9 million more than Kevin Love next season. Tips on him?

It’s always nice to see players who respect each other. LeBron may have left the Cavs, but he still has all the respect in this world for his former teammates. Kevin Love made a good deal, and LeBron congratulated him. Simple as that. Maybe other NBA stars will send their best wishes.

As you may have noticed, every single NBA star inked a fancy contract this season.
