Michael Beasley Emotionally Opens Up About His New Teammate LeBron James

Michael Beasley decided to talk, and some of the comments will sure cause reactions.

We were surprised to hear about the way he talks about LeBron James. King James signed a four-year contract with the Los Angeles Lakers. Some were mad, and some were just happy for him. Guess what did Michael Beasley say…

Beasley had an interview recently, and talked about his game with LeBron, including their relationship after the king signed with the Lakers.

“He’s like my older brother. Somebody I learn from, somebody I’ve always looked up to. Him, Dwyane Wade, Carmelo (Anthony), even Chris Paul. He’s one of the few guys that doesn’t have to, but knows how to play the game the right way. Not only knows, but wants to play the game the right way… Just spacing the floor, running the floor, having fun, dunking, throwing (alley-oops). Just playing basketball,” Beasley said.

It’s good to hear this from Beasley, especially if you take into consideration the fact that his attention… wanders? Some just don’t speak this way of new teammates.

Beasley’s role in the Lakers family is super interesting.

He doesn’t offer much on the defensive end even under the best of all circumstances. However, the last season was his best representation since younger days.

Beasley had held a positive net rating in just one season. This happened in the year he played 20 games – 2015-16.
Well, maybe Beasley will probably make it work. LeBron is probably the only player to help him reach the level of play that might bring benefits to the team.

We believe he will do whatever it takes to avoid letting down the NBA player he considers a brother.

This will be a tough season, and we will see how will Beasley fit in the team. Good luck, Beasley!
