The New England Patriots quarterback star Tom Brady and his supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen are in the center of all events. You’ve been reading a lot about one of the most popular couples lately, and this time it’s all about the apartment they sold.

Tom and Gisele finally sold their New York apartment, but we don’t have much info on the price. We don’t know if the price matched their criteria, but one thing stands for sure – it was definitely a gorgeous condo. Sources reveal that the famous couple didn’t reveal much details about the price.e

The home was located at One Madison, a lovely glass building in New York’s Flatrion District. It was a 3,310-square-foot apartment with three bedrooms and 3.5 bath. Amazing!

The initial selling price was $17.25 million, but it was later slashed to $13.95 million. Wow. Some say this was a smart play, because the apartment went under contract just a month later, as confirmed by Observer.com.
Tom and Gisele bought the condo for $11.7 million in 2014. They “hired Peter Marino — the flamboyant architect known as much for his leather ensembles as his deluxe designs — to customize it as only he can. The place has bronze double doors that open to a loft-like living, dining, and kitchen area, all with floor-to-ceiling windows affording spectacular views of the city, while the guest bedrooms have private bathrooms and the master suite has an attached bathroom whose walls are also full-length windows so you can see the skyline as you relax in a two-person soaking tub.”

It was sure a great deal, and we’ll be waiting for more info on the conditions under which the apartment was sold. It was probably hard for the couple to separate from their lovely NY home. But, they have a few better alternatives.
