Rob Gronkowski Gives Candid Response To Jalen Ramsey’s Trash Talk

The New England Patriots will challenge the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday, and most fans are now focused on the “convo” between Rob Gronkowski and Jalen Ramsey.

The whole thing started when Jalen Ramsey said Gronk wasn’t as good as most people think. Reporters went to Gronk’s side, asking him whether he’ll talk to Ramsey this week. “No, I don’t have his number and he doesn’t have mine,” the tight end responded.

Ramsey was pretty tough with his Gronk comments. “I don’t think Gronk’s good. Let me say – I don’t think Gronk is as great as people think he is. Any time Gronk has been matched up with a corner, he’s had a very bad game—and that corner has had a very good game,” Ramsey said.

When Gronk first heard of the comments, he made sure everyone realizes that he’s all about Week 1 and the game against the Houston Texans. He will have enough time to confront the Jacksonville Jaguars and Jalen Ramsey.

“I mean, if that’s how he feels, that’s how he feels. It’s a big game this Sunday, we’re playing them. I’m sure I’m going to have opportunities to go versus him. I’m sure he’s going to have opportunities to go versus me. I’m just preparing like I always prepare. I’ve got to just do my job out on the field, just worry about that,” Gronkowski said.

Is Jalen Ramsey actually motivating the tight end? “It does and it doesn’t, you know what I mean? Because it motivates you to hear that. Obviously, there’s something out there that he saw on film and stuff that I can probably get better at football in some certain categories. You don’t always feel the best every single day when you’re out on the field, so if that’s how he feels, that’s how he feels,” Gronk added.

Good luck, Gronk!
