The New England Patriots added Josh Gordon via a trade deal with the Cleveland Browns. It turns out that the wide receiver will catch many passes for the Patriots. It’s still too early to say anything on the trade and its final results. However, we have our first glimpse of Gordon’s play in the team.

Yes, Josh Gordon made his first catch as a Patriot.

The New England Patriots acquired Gordon last week, and gave him less than a couple of weeks to acclimate to the game in Foxboro. Let’s not forget that he joined the team with a nagging hamstring injury that affected his availability in the game. The good news is that the wide receiver suited up for his new team, and already started producing. The Patriots are happy to announce the first of many catches by Gordon.

Although Gordon was viewed as a troubled player, it seems like the Patriots did a good thing by signing him.
