LeBron’s Era in LA Kicks Off With Sick No-Look Pass to Brandon Ingram (Video)

LeBron James is in town, and he’s ready to play. The king of basketball left Cleveland this offseason, and sports a Lakers uniform. LeBron announced his arrival in style, and fans were thrilled to see him take the basketball court. That no-look pass to Brandon Ingram was amazing!

The Lake Show is giving us thrills, and LeBron did a really good job. King James rubbed his hands in the chalk powder at the scorer’s table, yelling “Yes!” The fans in the first rows could watch him get in action. Magic Johnson has his regular-season debut in the same arena 39 years ago, and now LeBron is playing with Brandon Ingram on the same court.

The opening tip came LeBron’s way and the king tapped it to Rajon Rondo. The newcomer threw an alley-oop pass to JaVale McGee for the team’s first score.

LeBron missed the first shot, and then made a no-look pass from 27 feet to Ingram for a dunk. He hit a 3-pointer a minute later. LeBron finished with nine points, three rebounds and four assists in 15 minutes. How cool is that?

“It was great to get back on the floor and then just start a new journey for myself and hear the Lakers fans that we have here in San Diego. It was a great feeling to go out there and hear the roar from the fans here. I very much appreciate it,” LeBron said.

King James said he played a little more than expected, and felt really good. “When you’re coaching the Lakers and you look out and see LeBron wearing your team’s colors, it’s a pretty good feeling,” head coach Luke Walton said.
The Lakers have a lot to work on, and fans hope that King James will turn things around. The other veterans will also have a huge role in the game.
