Watch: Tom Brady’s Performance Vs. Colts Left Cris Carter Asking This Question

It’s really difficult to remember that Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is 41. The quarterback is in his best shape, and the Patriots are winning games thanks to him. Brady had a brilliant game during Thursdat Night Football match against the Indianapolis Colts, and Cris Carter could not find words to describe his excitement about Brady’s longevity.

In the game against the Colts, the quarterback completed 34 of his 44 passes for 341 yards and three touchdowns. Brady also had the 500th touchdown pass in his career. Even head coach Bill Belichick praised his favorite quarterback. If you ask Belichick, he would never have other quarterback than Tom Brady. We understand his reasons for feeling this way. Cris Carter also spoke about Brady’s power.

Carter wonders why Brady ever would leave the field. The “First Things First” co-host explained that during Friday’s show on Fox Sports 1. “I think Tom Brady is just going to play forever. I don’t know why he would ever stop,” he said.

Brady is closer to 50 than he is to 30. The quarterback deserves all the respect in this world, and his teammates respect his greatness. Brady has been part of the New England Patriots family for 19 years, and he does not even think of going anywhere. We are used to see him win, and we cannot even imagine a Patriots game without the quarterback star.

Carter’s comments are actually on the side of hyperbolic. But, we cannot say for sure if Brady will hand up his cleats in the next few years.

The Patriots are happy to play with Brady. Despite all the rumors about the tension between Belichick and the quarterback, it seems like the Patriots head coach really likes him. Well, they have won so many games together. Let’s not forget those five Super Bowls, too.
