Watch: Tom Brady Underthrows Deep Ball To Edelman While Practicing Together

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and receiver Julian Edelman are getting ready for the upcoming season. Brady knows how to handle the ball, and Edelman is here to make the play happen.

But, Brady will have to work on his deep ball.

TB12 took to his Instagram account to share a video of himself and Edelman working out at Boston College’s practice facility. In this video, Brady connects with Edelman on a rainbow from near midfield. However, Brady expected more from his performance.

“Ball is a yard shorter than it needs to be. Good adjustment by Jules,” Brady wrote in the caption. “This only means one thing, have to get back to work! #roomforimprovement.”

If you think twice, the ball looks just fine.

Former packers wide receiver Greg Jennings believes that Brady and Edelman share a very special relationship on and off the field.

“So there was Jennings, a Viking himself in 2013. He could tell Packers receivers were scared just to say hello with Rodgers likely hyperanalyzing their every move from afar. To him, that’s sad. It shouldn’t be like this. He sees the relationship Brady has cultivated with Julian Edelman, with all of his receivers, and says, ‘Everyone wants that.’ Those two spend time together off the field, and it carries into what matters on the field. Brady builds bonds for life, and that can be the difference between division titles and Super Bowls.”

If you ask Edelman, he is more than delighted to play alongside Brady. They have an excellent relationship, and that’s one of the forces that helped the Patriots win Super Bowls.

“I trust him so much,” Edelman said before the AFC Championship Game in January. “We put in so many hours together in the meeting room, in the film room…He’s always kind of been like my little brother, in a good way. He knows how much I love him. What he’s done with his career has been incredible.”

We are looking forward to another championship win. The Patriots will have to rely on Brady and the rest of the guys. We trust them so much, and yes, we want that championship.
