DeMarcus Cousins Makes Case About LeBron Running For President

DeMarcus Cousins may not get a chance to play for the Los Angeles Lakers. However, this hasn’t affected his relationship with LeBron James. They have built an incredible relationship. LeBron and Cousins talk a lot during timeouts, and they even share tips about the game. Cousins gets on LeBron to be better in some areas. Remember when he held him accountable for the turnovers he has committed? This isn’t the only thin Cousins did for the three-time MVP. Now he pushes LeBron to run for president. Yes, you read that right.

During an appearance on Stephen Jackson and former Laker Matt Barnes’ podcast, “All The Smoke,” Cousins talked about all the things LeBron can do, including his ability to run this country.

“I grew up a fan of him in general, but to get to know him off the court, like, he’s a real dude. And coming in, I did not expect that. I’ve always seen the corporate LeBron… He’s a real dude… I told him the other day. I’m like… ‘Bro, you need to run for president.’”

Will LeBron ever run for President?

When it comes to Presidents, LeBron has been outspoken about his opinion on the current US President. This has led to some back-and-forth between the two. However, it’s sort of late for LeBron to join the presidential race. The Lakers superstar won’t get a chance to confront the current president.

Can you imagine seeing LeBron run for office? That would be awesome at so many levels. People like LeBron and he will probably get a really good chance to win the presidential race. Well, he may not be interested in that. He has other concerns at the moment. He is trying to win a title with the Los Angeles Lakers.

It turns out that the Lakers have an awesome chance to win the title this season. LeBron and Anthony Davis work perfectly together, and they are really close to the NBA Finals. Things look really great for LA, and we can’t wait to see what happens by the end of the season. LeBron is confident about his performance and so is Davis.
