LeBron James Wrote Special Message on Sneakers in Lakers Game Before Kobe Bryant Passed Away

The last game the Los Angeles Lakers played before Kobe Bryant’s death was really special. It was special in so many ways. In that game, LeBron James passed the Black Mamba on the league’s NBA’s all-time scoring list. That’s not all. The awesome LeBron James wrote a very special message on his sneakers to honor Kobe during that game.

LeBron and the Lakers legend were really close as Bryant said in 2016. “We’ve been close,” he said back then. “We talk more than people know.”

LeBron is trying his best to continue Kobe’s legacy in Los Angeles. He will win a title with the Los Angeles Lakers. That would be the greatest tribute to the Black Mamba.

The great LeBron James is delivering a special message with his team

LeBron is in his second season with the Lakers, and this is his 17th season in the NBA. King James is averaging 25.7 points, 7.9 rebounds and 10.6 assists per game. Yes, he leads the league in assists. He has been putting up some really insane numbers.

LeBron has led his team to the second-best record in the league. They are on top of the West, and they have a good chance to win a title with the team.

Kobe’s death shocked LeBron. It shocked every basketball player in the world.

The Lakers superstar took to his Instagram account to write a message for his brother.

I’m Not Ready but here I go. Man I sitting here trying to write something for this post but every time I try I begin crying again just thinking about you, niece Gigi and the friendship/bond/brotherhood we had! I literally just heard your voice Sunday morning before I left Philly to head back to LA. Didn’t think for one bit in a million years that would be the last conversation we’d have.”

LeBron also asked Kobe for help, and asked for help. Hopefully, Kobe will give LeBron the strength to move on with his career. He has a title to win, remember?

Please give me the strength from the heavens above and watch over me! I got US here! There’s so much more I want to say but just can’t right now because I can’t get through it! Until we meet again my brother!!”
