LeBron James Insinuates Games Will Not Be Rescheduled in Cryptic Message

LeBron James has a bit of a cryptic message for us. The Los Angeles Lakers are finally starting to get back on track after a disappointing game one against the Portland Trail Blazers. But since the game 1 loss, the Lakers have put together 3 wins in a row. But now that might all me in vain.

NBA players around the league decided to sit out of their games last night. This shocked the sports world. Most people did agree with the message they were trying to send out, however. It is now in question whether the season will start again at all.

On Wednesday, all three NBA playoff games that were supposed to be played were postponed when the players decided to sit out.

The Bucks were the first to make the decision. They decided this after the shooting of Jacob Blake, a 29-year-old Black man, which happened in Wisconsin over the weekend.

Although the NBA has already come out and said that all three games would be rescheduled, LeBron James, Lakers star, has come out with a bit of a different message.

We obviously do not really know what this means and from everything that is out there officially, it sounds like the games will be played later on down the road. But it is still very interesting to see that LeBron is not quite so on board with this.

LeBron has previously talked about the BLM movement and given his thoughts on it.

A lot of people kind of use this analogy, talking about Black Lives Matter as a movement. It’s not a movement,” James said. “When you’re Black, it’s not a movement. It’s a lifestyle. We sit here and say it’s a movement, and, OK, how long is this movement going to last? ‘Don’t stop the movement.’ No, this is a walk of life. When you wake up and you’re Black, that is what it is. It shouldn’t be a movement. It be a lifestyle. This is who we are. …

“I don’t like the word ‘movement’ because, unfortunately, in America and in society, there ain’t been no damn movement for us. There ain’t been no movement.”
