Week 3 Game: Patriots vs Raiders Injury Updates, Preview And Predictions

The New England Patriots entered the 2020 NFL season with a win, but lost Week 2 against the Seattle Seahawks. The Las Vegas Raiders are next on their list. NFL analysts can’t wait to see how will the Patriots vs Raiders end, and they have made a few bold predictions.

New England came back from Seattle with a 35-30 loss on their backs. Cam Newton and his teammates can easily bounce back with a good performance against Las Vegas. Joe Gruden and his teammates are 2-0 at this point of the season. They destroyed the New Orleans Saints in Nevada last week.

Patriots will enter Week 3 as favorites to win the game in Boston. Newton has an icnredible performance with his new team. He has built an incredible relationship with veteran wideout Julian Edelman. Newton plays well with N’Keal Harry and Damiere Byrd.

New England will relly on the fitness of Edelman and his younger teammate. Head coach Bill Belichick will need his players to step up for the game against Las Vegas. Defensive stars Stephen Gilmore, Jonathan Jones and the McCourty twins will be super busy dealing with Derek Carr and his offense.

Bold Patriots vs Raiders predictions

The Raiders had a convincing win over the New Orleans Saints on Monday. Gruden is dealing with a big problem right now. He is focused on superstar tight end Darren Waller and his potential action in the starting lineup. The Raiders listed running back Josh Jacobs as questionable for the game. Henry Rugs II is out due to a hamstring problem.

Carr will have to deal with a big burden in Week 3. Jalen Richard, Hunter Renfrow, and Bryan Edwards will need to bring their performance at a higher level against the Patriots. Gruden’s defense will try to shut down Newton. But, he is a runner, and we don’t really know if Gruden’s plan works.

Pats will play without David Andrews, James White and Josh Uche. Adam Butler, Kyle Dugger, Edelman, Harry and Isaiah Wynn are listed as questionable.

Las Vegas plays without Trent Brown, Nick Kwiatkoski, Henry Ruggs III. They listed Denzelle Good, Josh Jacobs, Waller, and Sam Young as questionable.

Newton is expected to lead his team to a win on Sunday. His brilliance has surprised a lot of NFL coaches. The Raiders have a good chance to win, too. Unfortunately, their team is plagued with injuries.
