LeBron James Has a Request For World Series, Lakers’ Championship

LeBron James definitely wants a parade for both the Los Angeles Lakers championship and Dodgers after the latter won the World Series last night. The Lakers are coming off of their title within the NBA bubble in Orlando. It was very impressive to see them work their magic. LeBron and Anthony Davis definitely accomplished what they set out to do.

But it was still not easy. The Lakers players had to stay in the NBA bubble without leaving for almost 4 months. Take a loon at what LeBron said about this recently.

“I am here for one reason and one reason only, and that’s to compete for a championship,” James said. “That was my mindset once I entered the bubble, once I entered the quarantine process the first two days. And then right from my first practice my mindset was to, if I’m going to be here, make the most of it and see what you can do and lock in on what the main thing is. And the main thing was for us to finish the season and compete for a championship.”

“So that’s just been my mindset throughout these — I don’t even know how many days it is, whatever how many days it is, it feels like five years so it really doesn’t matter. I’ve been as locked in as I’ve ever been in my career.”

But now that the Lakers are champions, the Dodgers have also won their respective sport. They took down the Rays in 6 games and looked impressive doing it.

Now, LeBron was a parade for both of these titles. Take a look at what he said on Twitter about this recently.

Sadly, it sounds like this might now be for awhile. The City of Los Angeles has made the decision to postpone this parade until the COVID situation gets more under control. Have a look at what they said about the parade option.

Well, hopefully they are able to have their parade soon. It is really too bad that this all happened during COVID. What do you think about this?
