Report: Patriots Send Two Representatives To Trevor Lawrence’s Pro Day

Trevor Lawrence has attracted the attention of 17 NFL teams. His pro day at Clemson was pretty packed. Lawrence is one of the greatest prospects in the 2021 NFL Draft. The New England Patriots showed interest in the Clemson quarterback. According to Albert Breer from Sports Illustrated, the Patriots sent two representatives to watch Trevor.

Lawrence will be throwing balls to 2021 draft prospect and Clemson wide receiver Cornwell Powell and former NFL wideouts Charone Peake and Chris Finke. Breer’s report offers great details of the event.

According to most analysts, Lawrence will be a No.1 overall pick. The Jacksonville Jaguars have a great chance to snatch the quarterback. New England has the No.15 overall and they will need to offer several first-round picks and players to get Lawrence. Head coach Bill Belichick may trade up to select Ohio State QB Justin Fields, BYU QB Zach Wilson or North Dakota State QB Trey Lance instead.
