It was a one-vehicle collision that involved a motorcycle. At least one person was admitted to a hospital.

“Davis quickly responded to a crash scene involving his security guard to see if he could help, and even had a stop-and-chat with cops who arrived … TMZ Sports has learned,” wrote TMZ.com.

“The Lakers star was front and center Saturday on the heels of what we’re hearing was a one-vehicle collision that involved a motorcycle … which our law enforcement sources tell us resulted in one person being transported to the hospital.”

AD joined the Lakers two years ago. He arrived in LA through a blockbuster trade. The New Orleans Pelicans wouldn’t give up on him for nothing. They turned down the first offer LA made but agreed to send Davis to LA following the second attempt. The Lakers gave up on young stars like Brandon Ingram, Josh Hart and Lonzo Ball to get the big man. It was a good move as Davis helped the team win games last season. LA players entered an NBA bubble to finish the season and try to win a championship. They made the NBA Finals and returned home with a title. Davis had a big role on the floor and Lakers players respect him.

During his time in LA, Davis elevated his 3-point shooting and became more assertive and a true leader. The Lakers have yet to make a decision on his return. AD was cleared to elevate his basketball activities this week.
