In his final year with the Buccaneers, Brady didn’t win ring. He did win in his debut season with the team. It was a long ride for the greatest quarterback of all time, but it came to an end. There has been growing speculation about Brady’s next move. Some say he should come back to New England and retire as a Patriots quarterback. Brady hasn’t mentioned his potential return, but he did add fuel to the fire.

“I’m just gonna take things as they come,” Brady said. “I think that’s the best way to put it and I don’t think anything, you know, you never say never. At the same time I know that I’m very, I feel very good about my decision.

“It’s certainly not that I can’t play or continue to play, but I think there’s an important choice for me to make, and I think the choice is, everything certainly comes at a cost, and the cost is what am I missing out on other aspects of my life?”

Brady waited for a few days to confirm Adam Schefter’s initial report on his retirement. He said Gisele was really worried about his health and the hits he received on the field. Brady made a decision that works well for him and his family.

One thing stands for sure. Brady has a lot to offer. He plays elite football and yes, he can still play a few strong seasons. Let’s see what happens this offseason. Maybe he will opt for a return. He will make a good choice that fits his future plans.
