A Lakers Social Media Conspiracy Theory Is Going Viral

The Los Angeles Lakers have a bad record and things won’t change in the near future. The team has a few games left on its schedule and everything seems to be falling apart. LeBron James deals with another injury at the moment and some believe he will miss even more time. Anthony Davis is still out. What’s next on the list? There’s another rumor related to the Lakers and people speculate about one particular conspiracy theory.

The Lakers added another loss to the chard. Their social media people shared a final score tweet and a picture of Wenyen Gabriel What does this mean?

Lakers involved in conspiracy theory?

Lakers fans thought the whole thing is really shady.

“Told ya. They not putting LeBron’s pick [picture] in a L final score tweet. I wonder if he has that in his contract LMAOOOOOO,” a fan wrote.

Kenny Beecham got involved and tried to get things straight. He did some digging and went through each and every final score tweet the Lakers shared this season. Where’s LeBron? They haven’t used a picture of LeBron in their loss tweets.

Their win tweets are all about LeBron. Beecham noticed that the Lakers have used a picture of LeBron in 10 of their winning tweets.

I guess the king of basketball doesn’t want his name dragged around every time the Lakers lose a game. He is leading the NBA in points per game at the moment and he is not responsible for these losses. Yes, the four-time NBA champion really needed help from his teammates, but he didn’t get any.

Mike Vorkunov noticed that the Lakers usually use a picture of Malik Monk when they lose games.

“This might be the most interesting thing about the Lakers season. Lakers social team sacrificing Malik Monk to the Twitter masses this season,” he wrote.

This is crazy on so many levels and it may be a coincidence. The Lakers may offer an explanation for this but they are busy saving their season. Let’s see how this goes. It’s bad for everyone on the roster.
