Rapper Texts Patriots Owner Robert Kraft Fascinating Lamar Jackson Tidbit

The New England Patriots have an empty spot for Lamar Jackson and one rapper texted team owner Robert Kraft about it.

According to Meek Mill, Jackson wants to be a Patriot. Kraft shared this information at the owner’s meetings on Monday. He also said that head coach Bill Belichick has the final word on this one.

Jackson has requested a trade from the Baltimore Ravens. He shared the information with his fans and triggered an avalanche of reactions. Let’s just say a lot of people want him to put on a Patriots uniform.

“I want to first thank you all for all of the love and support you consistently show towards me,” Jackson tweeted. “All of you are amazing and I appreciate y’all so much. I want you all to know not to believe everything you read about me. Let me personally answer your questions in regards to my future plans. As of March 2nd I requested a trade from the Ravens organization for which the Ravens has not been interested in meeting my value, any and everyone that’s has met me or been around me know I love the game of football and my dream is to help a team win the super bowl. You all are great but I had to make a business decision that was best for my family and I.

“No matter how far I go or where my career takes me, I’ll continue to be close to my fans of Baltimore Flock nation and the entire State of Maryland.”

Kraft trusts Belichick about Lamar Jackson and other questions

Kraft launched the ball to Belichick, but the Patriots head coach declined to make any comments about Jackson.

“I’m not going to talk about players on any other team,” he said at the owner’s meeting when asked about Jackson. Reporters reminded him of Jackson’s current status, and coach B just said, “Period.”

The Patriots are coming off of a bad season. Belichick and his players didn’t make the Super Bowl in the last few seasons. The team didn’t get much from its draft picks and Tedy Bruschi says that Belichick needs to fix his coaching staff. Kraft trusts the head coach and his choices. We’re patiently waiting for the outcome of this offseason.
