Lakers Star LeBron James Gets Sudden Change of Heart From Skip Bayless

Dillon Brooks may trash LeBron James as much as he wants, but Skip Bayless stands with the Lakers superstar.

Bayless was never a fan of LeBron. He believes that the four-time NBA champion can’t lead the Los Angeles Lakers to a title. Brooks feels the same way about LeBron. Here comes the shocker… Bayless hates this. He even wants LeBron to “destroy” his younger opponent.

“I seethed over this [Brooks’ comments] to the point that I want LeBron to destroy this man,” Bayless detailed on the April 21, 2023 edition of the “Skip and Shannon: UNDISPUTED.” “It’s so out of bounds, what he did. It’s so uncalled for. It’s so beneath the dignity of one LeBron Ramon James that he can destroy this kid if he so chose to do. But it’s not his way, that’s not how he plays.

“He’s still the best passer in basketball. He still orchestrates. He’s still the point guard for this team and yet, to your point, if he wants to post up at least some of the time early on in the first half, he’ll make him look really bad. Because he was making him look bad in the fourth quarter the other night. He was just too little, too late.”

Skip Bayless supports LeBron for a reason

Brooks is super confident about his skills. He says he can beat LeBron and the Lakers with minimum effort just because LeBron is older than him. Oh, Brooks would never say LeBron is the GOAT and he definitely disrespects players who don’t drop 40 points on him. Did he forget that LeBron can do more than that? 40? Is he joking?

Bayless criticized LeBron throughout his entire career, but he supports the Lakers superstar in this one. Brooks has the courage to criticize LeBron and ignore his dominance. LeBron has done a lot in his 20 years in the NBA. He has accomplished more than any other player in the league. Brooks should learn his lesson and take a step back.
