Superstar LeBron James Praises De’Aaron Fox, Kings After Lakers Loss

The Los Angeles Lakers suffered a 132-129 loss to the Sacramento Kings. It was a close one for the purple and gold, but they couldn’t get past the Kings. LeBron James and his Lakers teammates lost the game to the Kings and De’Aaron Fox was a true star. He stole the show despite leaving the game due to an ankle injury.

The Kings point guard delivered 37 points on 58% shooting and also stacked eight assists, four rebounds, one block, and one steal. LeBron respects great players and admires their consistency on the court. The Kings star averages 31.3 points on 59.3% shooting with 6.0 assists, 4.3 rebounds, and 1.3 steals. He recorded a career high in points, giving the Kings a great advantage over other teams.

“D Fox is getting better and better,” LeBron said on October 29.

LeBron and Lakers Co. challenged a tough opponent

Sacramento is off to a really good season and the Lakers superstar praised the coaching staff and the great performance early in the season.

“They got the reigning Coaching of the Year,” LeBron said. “I know what Mike Brown is all about being able to play for him for many years, and then just being able to see his growth continue to grow over the years as an assistant but, obviously, making his mark last year. They got a really good franchise.”

When it comes to coaching, Lakers head coach Darvin Ham will consider adjusting his rotation to make things work for the team.

“My rotation, we got to really get you know dig into that, and really figure out and really take a close look so guys are in rhythm,” Ham said. “When you know when you’re going in, and who you’re playing with, all that, that matters. So buckling down on our rotation … that definitely is the main thing that’s on my mind.”

LeBron and his teammates will contribute to the game and do what they know best. They have made some mistakes in the loss to the Kings and they have learned the message.

“Your job is if you’re on the floor, then you try to make it work with the other four guys that’s on the floor with you,” LeBron said. “You try to compliment each other the best way you can both offensively and defensively, and until Coach figure out a rhythm, until you know what your sub pattern is, or whatever the case may be. Just go out and play.”
