Patriots Down 3 Key Players Including DeVante Parker In Week 10 Vs Colts

The New England Patriots will meet the Indianapolis Colts in Germany for the Week 10 contest. They have a 2-7 record at this point of the season and head coach Bill Belichick is already without three key players. How will the head coach handle their absence?

Playing overseas brings a challenge on its own. Players have to go all the way to Germany to face their opponent.

Who is set to miss the game? We do know that cornerback J.C. Jackson didn’t join his teammates during the trip. He will stay home and this may be related to his behavior in the last couple of weeks. Jackson arrived late at the hotel last Saturday and didn’t play in the first two series of the loss against the Washington Commanders. He didn’t practice with the team this week and fans have a few questions about his future with the Patriots. Yes, Belichick wanted him back on the roster and made it happen. It seems like Jackson didn’t meet expectations early in his second tenure with the team.

Belichick will try to lead Patriots to a win over Colts

Wide receiver DeVante Parker and offensive tackle Trent Brown will miss the game as well. Ian Rapoport from NFL Network was the first to confirm this.

Parker suffered a concussion and sat out the loss to the Washington Commanders. He was a limited participant in practice this week, but won’t play in Week 10. He is a key member of the Patriots squad and has 15 catches for 158 yards so far in the season.

When it comes to Brown, he will miss the game against the Colts due to an ankle injury and a personal issue. That’s what Belichick said in his session with the media. Brown did join the team in practice on Thursday, but won’t play in Week 10.

Belichick and his assistants will have to make some calculations and use an efficient combo on the football field. It won’t be easy, but it never is. This season threw many challenges and players have to overcome their struggles.
