Bill Belichick Provides J.C. Jackson Update After Leaving Corner Home

The New England Patriots traveled all the way to Germany to play against the Indianapolis Colts at Frankfurt Stadium. It is a great challenge for the team and it’s just another one in the row. The team has a 2-7 record at this point of the season and players need to win the rest of the games on the schedule. It may not be easy, but they can at least try. J.C. Jackson didn’t join his teammates overseas and head coach Bill Belichick provided his take on the decision.

The Patriots head coach talked to the media on Friday. He said that the veteran cornerback will suit up for the next game. He will miss the one against the Colts, but he will probably see action in the next one.

Belichick has a plan for Jackson and other Patriots players

Jackson may be in a big trouble right now. He missed the first two series of the game against the Washington Commanders. As if this wasn’t enough, he didn’t join his teammates for practice this week. According to team sources, Jackson wasn’t out due to an injury or personal issues. We have reports suggesting that Jackson was asked to stay out after he arrived late at the hotel on Saturday night.

Belichick is a man of a few words and he didn’t provide any details of the decision not to take Jackson to Germany.

“That was the decision,” he said. “I don’t want to get into it.”

A typical Belichick response. He never discusses a decision and this was probably an expected move for the Patriots veteran.

DeVante Parker and Trent Brown didn’t join the team on the trip to Germany as well. Parker sustained a concussion and Brown’s situation is a bit tricky. His absence may be related to his ankle injury and a personal issue. Belichick didn’t provide a precise answer.

Similar to Jackson, Jack Jones didn’t play in the first three series of the game against the Commanders after missing curfew last Saturday.

How will Belichick handle all the holes on his roster?
