Christmas is the best day of the year for most of us, and LeBron James will sure remember this holiday.
The NBA has announced the schedule for its Christmas Day slate of games. Yes, the biggest Lakers’ game will take place on Christmas, and King James will face off against the Warriors. Playing with the Golden State Warriors on Christmas Day is such a wonderful challenge, right? Right?!
The information was also confirmed by several sources, including Marc Stein of the New York Times. He reported that the Lakers will visit the Golden State in December. We will also be able to watch the Celtics-Sixers playoff rematch, and Giannis Antetokounmpo will have his first holiday on the basketball court.
The Los Angeles Lakers are hoping to pull out a great season, and we do hope that this holiday will bring them luck. This will be the first time since 2006 that the team doesn’t host on Christmas.
This year’s Christmas Day game will boost the Lakers NBA-record total of 44 Christmas games.
LeBron James is a nice addition to the team, and he will sure bring the game to a higher level. That’s what Magic Johnson and the rest of the guys hope for. King James signed a four-year $154 million contract, and that must be a thing in the world of basketball. I mean, you don’t land the biggest NBA star for nothing, right? The Lakers have great chances of scoring much better than the last few seasons. Fans are supportive, and so are we.
