Sony Michel Makes Significant Move For Potential Week 10 Return

Sony Michel is more than ready to play with his teammates. The Patriots are making their way to Tennessee, and it seems like Michel has something to say about that.

The New England Patriots will play their Week 10 contest against the Tennessee Titans, and Sony Michel is going with them. The first round running back made the trip with the guys down to Nashville. The information was confirmed by several sources, including Mike Giardi of the NFL Network.

This means that Michel is really close to playing his first game since suffering his serious knee injury in the game against the Chicago Bears in Week 7. He had a MRI which showed that he has no structural damage, and this was more than a relief for his team. The Patriots rested Michel for two weeks before welcoming him to the field. Michel was limited in practice throughout the week, and was listed as questionable for this contest.

A few days ago, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that Sony Michel will probably return this week if there are no issues. He also noted that running back had a solid week of practice. It all makes sense. Michel made his way to Nashville, so yes, he is probably in a good position to play.

Before New England’s game against the Green Bay Packers last Sunday, Michel spoke to media members, and used the opportunity to say that everything is looking up for him in his recovery process.

“I feel pretty good. Just been working hard and trying to get back on the field,” Michel said. We will never forget how the running back said that he is ever ready to play on one leg for his team. The Patriots sure appreciate this, but they decided to give him a week off. Michel will know how to return the favor.
