Practice Report: Patriots Trent Brown Returns, Mystery Player Spotted

The New England Patriots had an excellent practice, and left tackle Trent Brown was there, too.

Trent Brown misses Wednesday and Thursdays practice due to an illness. Rookie cornerback Duke Dawson was placed on injured reserve, and was not on field. Media members could not spot him. Dawson must be activated to New England’s 53-man roster by November 14. If this does not happen, Dawson will spend the rest of his rookie season on injured reserve.

Running back Rex Burkhead was also on injured reserve and joined his teammates for the practice.

Media members could not see practice squad running back Josh Ferguson who was added Thursday. We do not have much info on the mystery wide receiver who took his position. There was someone else wearing No. 17.

The New England Patriots are great at the moment, and they better be this great in the next period. The team lost just two games in the regular season, and that’s something you cheer on. Quarterback Tom Brady and the rest of the guys may had a bad start, but they managed to get back on track.

Belichick added and released a few players in order to get the right squad. He needed to change the roster and find someone that could play well along Brady. Not many players can fit in this position, but Belichick knew how to pick the right guys.

The Patriots have one more game, and they are ready for the next challenge. NFL fans know that the team will get to the top game, and there are great chances that the Pats win it. They can do anything. New England is a Super Bowl team and they grow stronger with every game they win. Let’s see what happens by the end of this season. It will be more than interesting to watch other teams struggle.
