Tom Brady And Rob Gronkowski Star In Amazing Behind-The-Scenes Video Of NFL Commercial

The New England Patriots will remember this year’s Super Bowl as one of the best days in the team’s history. The NFL 100 commercial was even bigger.

The commercial is the most memorable Super Bowl LIII ad this year, and it would not be this successful without the cameo from past and present star players.

Tom Brady was part of the commercial, and he sure gave everyone a good laugh. Well, we can’t ignore the fact that tight end Rob Gronkowski was the star of the behind-the-scenes video. He even broke several chairs and flipped over a table.

League EVP and Chief Marketing Officer Tim Ellis promised that the commercial would be “inclusive and emblematic of football’s expansive influence on American culture.”

“We viewed the ad as an opportunity to partner with cultural icons and engage with the next generation of football fans,” said Ellis. “Our hope is that this spot, and the incredible wrap-around content we created with these stars, will energize everyone around the celebration ahead.”

Peter Berg of Friday Night Lights directed the commercial. In fact, it’s one of the coolest things I’ve done in my entire career. As a lifelong fan of this great game, I think this spot will resonate with football fans around the world and help set the table for all of the exciting celebrations on the horizon over the next year.”

“Obviously, being a part of something like that is very special,” Baker Mayfield said about the commercial and the time he spent with Brady. “Some of the names in that, if you told me last year that I would be a part of a commercial like that, I would’ve told you you’re absolutely lying. So to be able to be a part of a commercial with legends like that and actually be next to Tom Brady, no matter what you think about it, that’s the greatest of all time. So to be able to actually hold those rings — and they are heavy, those were the real rings, they are heavy — it’s something fun.”
