Alex Guerrero Releases Groundbreaking Statement About Tom Brady’s Condition, Future Career

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady promised to play until 45. What does his trainer Alex Guerrero say about it?

In Amos Barshad’s book titled, “No One Man Should Have All That Power: How Rasputins Manipulate The World,” Guerrero explains that Brady can play well into his mid-40s.

“I know how Tom feels every day,” Guerrero says in the book. “He says, ‘I don’t have any soreness. I’m ready to play again. Those are things that we thought would happen, and now we’re seeing the reality of them happening. Do I think Tom can play to a high level at forty-five? Absolutely.”

This confirms pretty much the same comments Guerrero and Brady made previously. Will Brady play until he’s 50?

“I mean, why not? I’ve never put limits on myself, and I’ve never put limits on any of my clients,” Guerrero said. “I’m a big believer that everything is learned behavior. You tell an athlete, ‘You’re gonna be done when you’re thirty,’ well, the brain begins to believe that, and all your neuro-programming is based on, ‘OK, I’m thirty, I’m old.’ But I don’t think the brain understands the concept of time. It doesn’t understand age. Right? How would your brain know you’re whatever age you are? I always tell Tom, we’re not gonna tell our body what we wanna do. We’re gonna tell our body what we want it to do.”

Let’s see what happens next. I mean, Brady is grateful for everything Guerrero did for him, including his great shape in the Super Bowls.

“My brother [Alex Guerrero] has been with me through everything for the past 15 years!” Brady wrote after the championship win. “And I am so appreciative and grateful for his hard work and commitment to helping me become the best I could be. I couldn’t do it without him! It is pretty special when people come together to work hard at a common goal! And this past year was our best yet!! Al, thank you for always being by my side. Thru every broken bone, torn ligament, sprain, bruise, etc, your work never ceases to amaze me! Can’t wait to get back to work toward number 7!!! We didn’t come this far to only come this far.”
