Instagrammer Is Going Viral With Some Incredible Lonzo Ball And LeBron James Impressions

Most fans are only interested in the scoring part of basketball games. The interesting part comes when you realize that professional basketball players pull out some really great stuff without fans even noticing it. It’s all about their tactics and skills. They pull out some great moves, and fans don’t even see that. This Instagrammer got famous just because he paid attention to the things most people usually ignore.

The Instagrammer made a name on learning how to embody the tiny details and the great stories in the NBA. His videos went viral within the last year. He imitated players’ habits, gaits and shooting motions. Maxisnicee talked to media members, and one of the questions involved the trigger he had to imitate players. He said it all started while messing around on the court. So, he decided to post the highlights on Instagram. People got interested in it, and now he has around 344,000. The Instagrammer was at 20,000 at the beginning of the year.

“[There’s] just so much funny things that these NBA players do,” he said. “So when I watch it, and I’ll be on the court messing around, I’ll just tell my friend ‘Yo, watch this move. Who’s this.”

Maxisnicee started doing the videos after the MCL injury that put an end to his community college career. Lonzo Ball’s pigeon-toed walk was the first imitation he did. However, LaMelo Ball’s imitation was the first video that went viral.

“My advice is it’s all about consistency,” he said. “When somebody tells me ’How do you get followers?’ I say ‘Your Instagram is your resume, so you’ve got to find out your content and you’be got to keep posting that same content. I tell them ‘Don’t be all over the place, post baseball and post soccer. Stick to what people want to come to your page to see.’ People want to come my page, they want to see basketball stuff. People don’t want to come to my page and see me fighting people. They can go to the UFC page for that.

“If you can be funny without cursing, then you’ve made it.“
