Perfect Photo Emerges From Bill Belichick At Preakness Finish Line

War of Will won Saturday in dramatic rebound from Kentucky Derby loss. Someone will pay attention to that and someone not. But every New England Patriot fan would surely throw an eye on what the second Triple Crown race offered. During Saturday race, accidentally was taken one of the most iconic photo of the New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick.

The credit for the photo goes to Emily Shields, a photojournalist, also owner of SIMHorseRacing.com. She took the photo of War of Will just before the 3-year-old colt crossed the finish line at Pimlico. The picture features a locked-in Belichick in the background.

The best part of the picture is that he is the only person not on his phone. While most of the people watched the action through their phone screens, Belichick was surely living the moment, something that we all have to do more.

ESPN’s Field Yates retweeted Shield’s photo and gave his comments in the description: “Amazing photo from the Preakness of Bill Belichick (left side) locked in on War of Will. One champion watching another.”

The iconic photo quickly went viral and Shields thanked everyone who helped her get credit.

“Thanks to everyone who helped me out trying to get me credit in what is now a somewhat viral photo… You guys are the best for defending! And in other good news I managed to get on a plane!” the journalist wrote in another tweet.

Recent reports suggest that the head coach of New England Patriots will have new responsibility during the 2019 season. According to sources, Belichick will be de facto defensive coordinator.

The New England Patriots hired Belichick in 2000. He’s since guided the franchise to six Super Bowl victories. Belichick is the greatest head coach in the NFL, and he helped his team win Super Bowls, by following his “do your job” mantra. He believes that if the players in the team do their job, they will achieve a great success for the team in general.
