Watch: Tom Brady ‘Sets Sights’ On Next Career Milestone In Training Video

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady won’t stop in near future, and his arm is stronger than ever. The Patriots is convinced that his legs are strong, too. Brady hit a milestone last season when he reached his 1,000 career rushing yards. The quarterback isn’t satisfied with his milestone, and he is ready to hit another one.

The 41-year-old shared an offseason training video, and we are ready to see it coming.

How many attempts will require for Brady to hit that 2,000-rushing yard milestone?

Brady had his 500th touchdown pass last season, too, and Josh Gordon was on the receiving end. This was actually his first score in the Patriots uniform.

“Hopefully I don’t go backwards next week. So, yeah it was good to get the win, you know? That’s what I’m most excited about,” Brady said after hitting that milestone. “I’m not going to save the ball. I don’t know where it went. But yeah, just played a lot of football and obviously I’m not a scrambler, but hopefully I can make a couple plays running for it.”

I did not know that stat line, but it must be fate, I guess – I won’t say coincidence – but it’s great to be on the receiving end of it. I am extremely humbled to come out here every Sunday and get a chance to play, let alone with Tom Brady, the greatest to ever do it. So, to be a part of history with him? I can’t really even put the words to describe what that means to me. But, it’s just great to have the opportunity,” Gordon said.

Head coach Bill Belichick would really like to see Brady hitting another milestone. He would never have another quarterback.

“There’s no quarterback I’d rather have than Tom Brady. He does a great job week in and week out, year in and year out, all of the situations. He does a great job,” Belichick said. “There’s a lot of people who have meant a lot to this organization, but certainly nobody more than Tom Brady.”

Let’s see if Brady is ready for his next goal.
