Steve Aoki Helping Lakers To Recruit Kawhi Leonard

Kawhi Leonard may join LeBron James in Los Angeles. The team has enough cap space to sign the Finals MVP. The Los Angeles Lakers are all-in when it comes to signing the Raptors star, and they will try really hard to get him. Steve Aoki will give him a hand in this one.

Aoki may not be able to offer Leonard a huge contract, but he offered free pizza for life and a record-breaking pizza party.

Will Leonard accept this?

Steve’s Pizzaoki shop in Venice has a big mural of Kawhi wearing a Lakers jersey. The mural was painted outside the restaurant, and features Kawhi clutching a massive NBA Championship Trophy. Yes, the place became a huge attraction.

“Kawhi Not? Come to the Lakers and you get free @pizzaoki for life. Had my man @gz.jr over to paint this mural @pizzaokivenice for you Kawhi. LA misses you. Come Home.”

Stephen A. Smith has already reported that the Lakers are now an option.

“I got word the Los Angeles Lakers are to be taken seriously. They will be a team that’s strongly considered for Kawhi Leonard to arrive to.

“Kawhi Leonard was coached by Steve Fisher. Steve Fisher’s got a connection to Rob Pelinka. Rob Pelinka’s been working that angle. LeBron and Kawhi have a very good relationship. They’ve been texting throughout the year. Obviously, Kawhi has worked out from time to time with Kobe. He grew up a Laker fan.

“… This notion that the Lakers should be summarily dismissed is wrong. Kawhi Leonard is strongly considering the Los Angeles Lakers. Plus, New Balance would prefer that he be in LA rather than Toronto.”

Let’s not forget that LeBron liked an Instagram post with the photo of this mural. We all know what that means.

Things are getting really interesting in Los Angeles, and many experts are convinced that Leonard will join LeBron and Anthony Davis to form the Big3. This group would be the toughest BIG3 in NBA history. What’s better than seeing Leonard playing alongside LeBron? It’s like a dream come true. Hopefully, he will make the right decision and sign with the right team.
