Tom Brady Asks Edelman Important Question After Preseason Finale

The New England Patriots lost the preseason finale to the New York Giants, and Tom Brady wasn’t part of the loss. But, he was on the sidelines doing some serious stretches. Well, Julian Edelman found it hilarious, and the quarterback had to ask him a question. On Twitter.

Edelman and Brady have a perfect relationship on and off the field.

“We have a great relationship, Jules and I, and I trust him so much,” Brady said about his favorite teammate. “He’s always been kind of like my little brother, in a good way. I don’t have a little brother, but he’s kind of like a little brother and he knows how much I love him.”

And Edelman knows that Brady is the GOAT.

“He’s a really good football player, the best,” Edelman said. “He goes out and he consistently proves it. He’s one of our leaders and he’s a leader for a reason.”

TB12 and Edelman have the perfect quarterback-receiver relationship, and former Packers wide receiver Greg Jennings agrees that one.

“So there was Jennings, a Viking himself in 2013. He could tell Packers receivers were scared just to say hello with Rodgers likely hyperanalyzing their every move from afar. To him, that’s sad. It shouldn’t be like this. He sees the relationship Brady has cultivated with Julian Edelman, with all of his receivers, and says, ‘Everyone wants that.’ Those two spend time together off the field, and it carries into what matters on the field. Brady builds bonds for life, and that can be the difference between division titles and Super Bowls.”

Even Edelman’s dad, Frank, says that his son and Brady are pretty much similar. “Jules and Tom are a lot alike,” he said. “They’re both extremely competitive people. I don’t know exactly, I only assume what I think I know, but when Jules ended up with the Patriots, I think Tom was in a weird way like, ‘This guy is as competitive as me.’”

Hopefully, the powerful duo will help the Patriots win another Super Bowl. Are they ready for that? They better be. Winning another Super Bowl? That would be awesome!
