Patriots RB James White is About to Have a Super Bowl Baby

Patriots running back James White may not join his teammates in the Week 2 contest against Miami. White is completely healthy, and fans started talking about the real cause of his absence. Well, White’s wife is expecting, and he is having a Super Bowl baby.

Kyle Van Noy missed the Week 1 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers for the same reason. These two know how to celebrate a championship win.

“Patriots RB James White may not make the trip to Miami this Sunday due to the birth of his child.  Kyle Van Noy was out last week for the Pats b/c of the same thing. Super Bowl win 9 months ago. You do the math.”

Doing the math is easy. The Super Bowl was nine months ago, and it’s more than obvious that White found the best way to celebrate his success.

The 2018 season was great for the running back. He was happy with his contributions to the team.

“For me, I just go out there and put my best foot forward each time I step out on the field,” White said at the time. “It doesn’t matter if I have 61 receptions or 10 receptions, I just want to go out there and play hard, help my team get wins. It’s not really about the stats for me. I’m just trying to help my team.”

His teammates are also satisfied with his skills. Quarterback Tom Brady praised his teammate at the beginning of the 2018 season.

“Yeah, he had a great catch, and had some good runs there at the end,” TB12 said of White’s involvement. “He’s just a great player for us. So, you’re right. He’s gotta be involved. Guys who can make plays are the ones that should be involved. And James is certainly one of them.”

White was among the first to praise Josh Gordon. He was more than happy to have him back.

“He’s just working hard at it. Taking all the coaching points, asking questions, maybe getting those extra routs on the side during defensive period. Just putting the work in. He’s bought into the process and it really shows on game day. He’s been improving each and every week.”
