Vince Carter Revealed What He And LeBron Said To Each Other After Their Last Matchup

Atlanta Hawks veteran Vince Carter and Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James had a brief conversation on the floor following their last game.

Carter will retire from the NBA after the end of the regular season. He said he and LeBron shared their mutual appreciation for each other.

Carter and the Atlanta Hawks have the worst record in the league at 6-25. The former high-flyer was welcomed with standing ovations at every road game Atlanta played. Basketball fans know how to honor an NBA legend.

King James is also a student of the game. He can recognize greatness, and he sure knows how to show respect to a great player. Carter is one of the best dunkers in the league. He is an eight-time All-Star and was the Rookie of the Year in 1999. He is in an excellent basketball shape today.

In 25 games played with the Hawks, Carter averages 5.6 points, 1.9 rebounds and 1.0 assists per game and shooting 35.6 percent from the field, 30.2 percent from beyond the arc and 61.5 percent from the free-throw line.

The veteran entered the NBA in 1998 and was signed by the Toronto Raptors. Carter has career averages of 17.0 points, 4.3 rebounds and 3.1 assists in 1,506 games with the Raptors, New Jersey Nets, Orlando Magic, Phoenix Suns, Dallas Mavericks, Memphis Grizzlies, Sacramento Kings and Hawks.

LeBron is doing his magic, too. The king of basketball is having an excellent season with the Los Angeles Lakers. The team lost just a few games in the regular season and has a great chance to make the playoffs. LeBron’s injury gave fans a scare, but he is expected to suit up for the game against the Los Angeles Lakers scheduled on Christmas Day.

Anthony Davis was injured too, but he will also play on Wednesday. The two superstars will take the floor against Kawhi Leonard and the Clippers. This will give the Lakers a chance to prove they are much better than other teams in the NBA. LeBron and Davis are better than Leonard and his teammates. The Lakers dominate the NBA at the moment.
