Tom Brady Sends Message To Jimmy Garoppolo Before Super Bowl LIV
Jimmy Garoppolo and Tom Brady may no longer be teammates, but their friendship is still alive and they talk on a regular basis. Garoppolo has been in contact with the Patriots quarterback since the San Francisco 49ers made their way to Super Bowl LIV.
The GOAT delivered a special message to his former teammate, and his advice was simple. His message was simple.
“Yeah, he shot me a text congratulating on the NFC Championship and wished me good luck here,” Garoppolo said Monday night at Super Bowl LIV Opening Night. “So, it was pretty cool. … Just go handle business. It wasn’t too complicated or anything: Just go win.”
Brady is a Bay Area native and he grew up supporting the team Garoppolo plays for. He was a big fan, and it looks like some of that love still exists. Brady wishes the best for his former teammate.
TB12 and Jimmy played together for three-and-half seasons in the period between 2014 and 2017. The duo won two Super Bowls, and Garoppolo is already familiar with the champions’ spirit. He has earned two rings, and he will probably go for another one.
San Francisco plays the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, and it will be an important game for both teams. Each team will try to win, and they will surely try to bring the trophy home.
Jimmy Garoppolo knows Tom Brady’s greatness
The New England Patriots won the Super Bowl last year, but they missed the chance to win another title. The offense struggled a lot, and players made a few mistakes. Tom Brady couldn’t handle the pressure on his own, and he needed more help from his teammates.
When it
comes to Brady, he will have to make a big decision this offseason. Will he
join the New England Patriots in 2020? Will he sign with another team? The Los
Angeles Chargers are considered an options. That’s what some analysts said. It’s
up to Brady to decide what works best for him. He has been playing with the
Patriots for two decades, and he still has so much to offer. But, he has never
hit free agency in his career.
