Gisele Bundchen Reveals Never-Before-Told Secret About Successful Marriage With Brady

Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady have been together for over 12 years. It looks like the Brazilian supermodel knows the secret to a successful marriage.

“I think that leads to fulfillment because they don’t have half of you, they have all of you,” Gisele explained.

In an interview with The Observer, Gisele talked about her personal mantras and her marriage with the Patriots quarterback.

Gisele and Brady got married in 2009, and they dated for three years. She said, “I’ve been with my husband for more than 12 years now and, as you know, men are very… They want a lot of attention. They’re like, they demand…”

According to Gisele, “men need a lot of attention, like children do, like your family, your friends. It’s the same thing with my kids. When I’m with them, I’m with them, on the floor with them, talking with them, really listening to them. Same with my husband.

Gisele and Brady have two children, Benjamin and Vivi. Brady has another son with his ex, Bridget Moynahan.

“So I think the important part is to have fully present moments with everybody.”

The supermodel also talked about her childhood and her modeling career.

“All I cared about back then was to be like this.”

She wanted to be accepted. “I wanted people to like me and it was important to me so I would go out of my way to say yes to everybody. I wanted to please everybody.”

The social approval gave her anxiety-related panic attacks. Gisele said 2004 was her “rock bottom” year. Suddenly, she became Victoria’s Secret model and dated Leonardo DiCaprio. She was in the spotlight, and felt bad.

“When I had a panic attack, I thought I was going to die. I was scared. I couldn’t breathe.” One of her worst panic attacks gave her a lesson. “We are creating the lives we are living with our actions and we have a choice.”

It all starts with discipline.

“I could have taken a pill, but I decided no. I’m going to wake up every morning and I’m going to meditate and do breath work. Everything starts with discipline,’ and ‘they just have to make the decision of working at it.”
