Patriots Insider Shoots Down Tom Brady’s Moving To New Home Connecticut Rumor

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady will become a free agent for the first time in his professional career. Brady’s contract has been quite a topic in the past few months. Many expected to see a different contract, but it looks like Brady saved the best for last. TB12 will hit free agency in March, and many have made a prediction on his next move. Will the Patriots have Brady on the field as their player? Will the greatest of all times re-sign a deal with New England? The quarterback has spent every day of his 20-year career in New England, and now we have people saying that he will sign with a different team. This has something to do with Brady’s moving to Connecticut.

Brady put his home up for a sale and bought a new home in Connecticut. Recent reports also suggest that the six-time Super Bowl champion’s suite at Gillette Stadium was cleaned out in a “way that perhaps it has never been cleaned out before.” There were also talks about Brady moving in his new home in Greenwich, Connecticut.

This rumor isn’t even close to the truth.

Tom E. Curran of NBC Sports reported that the Brady family doesn’t even own a house in Connecticut.

“Why don’t I tell you what I know. They don’t have a house in Connecticut. That’s it,” Curran revealed on Boston Sports Tonight. “It’s something that I was told a few weeks ago. I never had an occasion to share it because there was a lot going on with the football games.”

This was a tough rumor, and some fans almost believed it. Some said that Brady was moving to Connecticut to be closer to his oldest son.

Curran’s claim goes against everything WEEI host Greg Hill reported on Brady’s moving from Massachusetts to Connecticut.

We don’t usually have a player like Tom Brady on the open market, but there’s always room for a change. The quarterback will probably hear some of the offers. Maybe he just wants to check his value on the market. A lot of teams would need his talent on the field.
