Report: Tom Brady’s Future NFL Plans With Other Teams

Tom Brady’s future career plans – will some other team be honored to sign the quarterback? There have been a lot of rumors regarding Brady’s future in the NFL. Some even mentioned retirement. Now, reportedly, Brady might actually consider joining a team other than the New England Patriots.

Brady is set to become a free agent March 18. And while he still hasn’t discussed it, the future Hall of Famer at least will hear pitches from other franchises.

“It would be extremely surprising if Brady were to agree to any new pact with the Patriots prior to the start of free agency in March,” wrote CBS Sports’ Jason La Canfora in his column.

At this point, it’s all really up to Brady. He has every right to explore free agency and, if he so chooses, leave the Patriots.

Brady Is Yet To Decide On Future Plans

As for Brady, he states that he still hasn’t decided on his future plans.

“We are a week removed from the end of our season,” Brady said. “There is a lot of time to figure these things out. I don’t think any player or team is ready to make any commitments at this point, and I’m sure as the offseason progresses those things will take care of themselves.”

“The contract things, a week after the season, I would say these things haven’t even started to pick up,” Brady added. “It’s really not my concern at this point. It’s been about decompressing and resting my mind a little bit and resting my body and spending time with the people who have supported me over the last six months.”

Regardless of what he decides, Tom Brady’s future plans will affect the entire league. One thing is certain – any team would be lucky to have him on board.
