Patrick Mahomes Weighs In On Tom Brady’s NFL Future

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes shared his thoughts on Patriots superstar Tom Brady and his free agency. TB12 will enter the free market for the first time in his NFL career. Numerous players have shared their take on Brady’s free agency.

Same as every other player, Mahomes doesn’t know a thing about Brady’s pending free agency. His NFL future is still uncertain, and the free agency will start on March 18.

The New England Patriots have exclusive negotiating rights with TB12 until the NFL’s legal tampering period begins on March 16. However, he has had a phone conversation with Patriots head coach Bill Belichick. According to some reports, this conversation didn’t go well. In other words, we may be witnessing a major change. There’s still a chance for Brady to sign a contract with a different team.

Patrick Mahomes doesn’t know anything about Brady’s next move

Mahomes isn’t really sure where Brady will play. The GOAT will enter his 21st NFL season, and he may finish his career wearing a different uniform. However, Mahomes said it would be odd to see Brady sign with a team other than the one that picked him in 2000.

“I have no idea, just like everyone else,” Mahomes told CBSSports.com. “I haven’t been able to talk to him. He hit me up after the Super Bowl and congratulated me. It’s hard to see him not being in a New England Patriots jersey but you never know. I’ll just kind of see when everyone else does.”

Well, Mahomes may see some great pressure from Brady in September. The Los Angeles Chargers and Las Vegas Raiders are considered favorites. Both teams are the Chiefs’ division.

Where will Brady go in 2020? Will he re-sign with the Patriots? Let’s see what happens in March. It would be nice to see Brady join his teammates.

Brady spent his entire career with the Patriots. His former teammate, Danny Amendola, can’t imagine seeing him put on a different uniform. Imagine Brady as a Raiders quarterback. Doesn’t really fit your scenario, right? Well, it’s up to Brady to make the final decision. He will play smart this time.
