Lakers’ Quinn Cook Claims LeBron James Is The ‘Class Clown’

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James knows how to have fun off the basketball court, just like Chicago Bulls legend Michael Jordan. LeBron is all-in when it comes to winning games, but he also knows how to get the best of his games. Lakers reserve point guard Quinn Cook shared his opinion on LeBron.

ESPN’s “The Last Dance” showed Jordan’s demanding nature as a teammate. However, Scott Burrell also said that Jordan was a fun guy off the basketball court. He used to tell jokes and help everyone relax.

That’s when Quinn stepped in. According to him, King James is the “class clown” of the team. Quinn explained that LeBron tries to cheer everyone up and boost their mood. He is also making sure that his teammates are relaxed. No tension in the Lakers locker room.

“He’s the class clown, joking all day all night, on the plane and the bus. Joking, keeps everyone entertained. He’s always locked in, but he keeps everybody light. He doesn’t ever want us to get too serious. Obviously, when we take a loss or not playing well, he’s the first to get on us and build us back up, but he keeps everything light.”

Quinn Cook knows LeBron really well

LeBron and his Big 3 Miami Heat gave us the “videobomb.” Chris Bosh was LeBron’s partner in crime. Do you remember how LeBron tackled a Heat fan who made a half-court shot in 2013?

Remember LeBron’s Taco Tuesday videos?

LeBron may be one of the most competitive players in the basketball world. He wants everyone to give their best to win the game. He wants his teammates to try harder. But, Quinn showed us a different side of LeBron. The king of basketball knows when to hit the “off” switch and engage with his teammates on a personal level.

LeBron and his teammates are on top of the West, and they are waiting for the season to resume. The squad has a real chance to win a championship. If the season resumes, players will probably play in Las Vegas and Orlando. It will be an isolated environment for every player in order to keep them safe.
