Patriots’ Owner Robert Kraft Releases Statement On NFL Season Starting With Fans

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft appeared on Sean Hannity’s Fox News show to talk about the NFL season starting. Kraft discussed his donation during the coronavirus pandemic. He also talked about the team’s exciting offseason.

Hannity asked the Patriots owner if he believes that fans will be able to attend the games. These fans will have to have their temperature taken and they will also wear a mask. Drinking a beer will only be possible if they use a straw.

“We’re preparing to hopefully play football this fall,” Kraft said. “We’re working hand in hand with our union. We believe we’ve developed protocol to allow us to do in a safe way, looking out first for our players and our personnel, and then of course the fans. And I believe we can do it.”

Fans have also discussed the NFL season starting in September

The season will start in September. That’s about three months from now. A lot of things can change in the meantime.

The NFL will have to make some adjustments, and most leagues won’t open the doors to the most loyal fans until it is safe for everyone. The NBA and NHL suspended their seasons in March right after Utah Jazz Rudy Gobert tested positive. Both leagues will probably finish their seasons in empty arenas.

NHL analysts promised to return on the field, because the play games in open-air arenas.

Hannity asked Kraft about the ring he put up for an auction. His ring was sold for more than $1 million. The money will be used for the coronavirus relief.

“I thought about our fifth Super Bowl when we were down 28-3 with two minutes to go in the third period and had a .04 chance of winning the game, 99.6 to lose, and we came back,” Kraft said. “And it was a great, great victory. In some ways, I feel the mood of our country is a little down now, and we’re still the greatest country in the world. We’re going to come back. I thought our ring epitomized that. I’m happy to say that a Patriot fan who wants to be anonymous right now bought it, but I hope they will come public with it.”
