Anthony Davis and Danny Green List Numerous Reasons as to Why LeBron James Deserves MVP

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James won his first MVP award in 2009 and he has been a competitor in every season. Well, LeBron sure deserves to grab the award this season and Anthony Davis has his reasons for saying this. His teammate, Danny Green, shares the same opinion. LeBron is the NBA MVP for 2020 and he had much better performance than Giannis Antetokounmpo from the Milwaukee Bucks.

The things he’s doing at his age,” Davis said. “He’s playing probably one of his best years. Top team in the West. The things he’s able to do on the floor … especially when people were saying he was washed.”

LeBron is in his 17th NBA season and he is 35. He plays his best basketball and his game has been more than impressive for the season. The four-time NBA MVP is averaging 25.7 points, 7.9 rebounds and 10.6 assists per game with the Lakers. He leads the NBA in assists and that’s not something you underestimate. LeBron has better assists stat than other every other player in the league.

The Lakers won the No.1 seed in the West. LeBron led the team to the top and he got a lot of help from his teammate Davis. The Lakers will meet Kawhi Leonard and the Los Angeles Clippers on July 30. It will be a big game and the teams will compete inside the Orlando bubble.

LeBron will compete with Giannis for the top game. It will be easy for him because he has already defeated the Greek Freak. The Lakers defeated the Bucks right before the NBA hiatus. Let’s see how will the team do at the end of this month.

The Lakers have a real chance to win a title and they are taking one step at a time. LeBron may not get the NBA MVP award but he will surely win his fourth title.
